Under Construction ...
Following the Sunday morning service on October 1st, 2006, Roger made an official announcement to the Emmanuel Baptist Church (our home church) of our intention of ministering as missionaries to Kenya . This official announcement came as no surprise to anyone as they have all heard me speak of this desire many times. The church gave its verbal support at this time and gave its official commission on October 29th. As the sending church, the people of Emmanuel also decided to seek financial and logistical support through Baptist Faith Missions. Baptist Faith Missions officially accepted the Tate family for support on Friday, February 2nd, 2007.
